5 Fitness Tips of the Day

If you're the kind of person who doesn't like going to the gym every day. Or you don't feel like 

exercising. The reason may be fatigue from strenuous exercise. So don't worry from now on, I'm going to share with you some simple tips to keep you fit and active.


1. Take green tea.


You should drink green tea once a day. This is the best consumption to keep you healthy and active even if you don't 

exercise. It has many nutritional benefits. Doctors are also now recommending green tea to get active and lose belly fat.


2. Keep your digestive system healthy.


When you eat well, your stomach will digest well. If you eat junk food, it won't give you the complete nutrition your body needs. Your stomach will also not digest. Eat more fiber because foods with more fiber contain a lot of essential nutrients that your body needs to be active.


3. Drink lots of water.


It will help you start your metabolism and improve your digestive system. Your skin will be hydrated. It cleanses your body of unwanted toxins. You can try drinking a glass of water every hour. So it will be easy for you to consume more water daily.


4. Have a healthy breakfast.


Breakfast is the most filling meal of the day. This should be done before you start your work in the morning. You should have a healthy breakfast that includes some fruits, Smoothies, fresh juices, etc.


5. Walk for 15 minutes in the fresh air.


You should spend some time walking barefoot on the grass in the fresh air. You can complete this step in any garden or family park. It will give you energy, it will give you relaxation.
